Why is home insurance limited to each and every different type of disaster?

The home is either livable or NOT livable. . . No matter what disaster ruined the home. . Why is it then that will have to pay extra for every type of circumstance? An accident is an accident. . . . A disaster is a disaster. . . house can be burned, flooded, destroyed by the earthquake and the tornado / hurricaine once. . Why pay for all the different ways insurance-wise? How covered is covered? And why! Why: If you are NEVER any type of claim that you did not back any of the money you spend year after year after year? Again, once you pay the sum insured value of the home. . who cares if the house replaced “money-wise ‘already premium why not spend these grants on a second home instead? just shoot in the dark here of the many complaints I have heard ranted from my elders recently. . their solutions were hysterical. . We’d love to hear more solutions.

What type of insurance covers this scenario ?

Ok, this is a tricky one and I can’t seem to figure it out. Any insurance agents out there, please feel free to answer. Alright, so I got home from work today and noticed the most of the water from my swimming pool has leaked out. I was like, what the hell, and went to investigate. To my surprise, I see an arrow embedded in the side of my pool. Yikes… The only person I can think of that did this was my neighbor, who hunts. I confronted him and he admitted he was target shooting last night and lost an arrow. I told him I found it, and it was in the side of my pool. Well, anyhow, he called his insurance agent and apparently he is covered for this type of situation. We’re getting it fixed and his insurance is going to cover the repair cost. So, my question is, what type of insurance would cover this? Is is some sort of personal liability insurance? If so, under which type? Is it under homeowners insurance? Just curious, and first one to answer my question will get 10 points. Thanks…

individual contract lifeguard, what type of insurance do i need, and how much will it cost?

i am planing on offering my services as a lifeguard to families and groups looking to have a pool party or gathering at an area that does not otherwise offer lifeguards (eg. lakes, home pools, rivers…) i don’t want to be sued for all that i have if something is to happen, weather that be within my control or not. my questions is weather i need insurance, or just a waiver. if insurance, what type and how much would it cost? if a waiver, what should it include, any suggestions? i really want to do this, but lawsuits are such a large threat these days that i really want to protect myself.
the pools that i will be working at will most likely be residential, and the lakes, ponds, and rivers, will be in the public domain. community pools and public pools of the such usually have their own party staff.
