What insurance plans count as ‘creditable coverage’?


Aside from group policies, what plans count as creditable coverage?

Temporary Plans?

High risk pools (like Cover Florida?)

Hipaa Guaranteed Issue plans?

Individual plans?

Can you be over the income/asset limits and still qualify for NY Medicaid insurance coverage?

I heard that you can be denied for income/assets being too high, but if you enter the pooled trust you can be exempt from that.
